It was clean, comfortable, and very convenient to the airport, Lake Erie beaches, and the baseball stadium. It was a little smaller than we expected from the photos, but we didn’t feel crowded at all! The hosts were very responsive, helpful, and inquired about any additional needs we may have had. Kids loved the ping pong table in the basement. Great communication and easy check-in. We came to visit Castle Noel in Medina (30 min. drive) and the Christmas Story House in Cleveland so this location was very convenient. ##### Ashley S. Enjoyed that there were games. My family really loved it. We were very busy during our stay so weren't able to enjoy all of the amenities but were happy that they were there. I do want to let you know that the bathroom door stuck at the top and a few times the latch didn't open all the way trapping a couple of us in the bathroom more than once necessitating us needing help in getting out of it. And we had to shoulder the door to get out of it. I think it may be because it was recently painted and the door mechanism may be loose. We were able to deal with it. We realize it happens. Just wanted to let you know so that you can fix it for future guests. This is not a complaint. Just wanted to let you know. And please realize that it didn't diminish our enjoyment of our stay.
