This adorable home is the perfect private getaway for you and the family, it\`s location makes it easy for you to get around. You are only: 1 min to Community Beach 1 min to Mentor Marsh 3 mins from Headlands Beach Park 15 mins Wineries 25 mins from Penitentiary Glen Reservation 35 mins from Cleveland 40 mins from Geneva on the Lake Relocation Specialists inquiry directly This hidden gems community beach is only a short walk around the corner where you can enjoy an absolutely gorgeous sunset. Traveling with your families best friend? Perfect, dogs are allowed on this beach, Fairport Harbor Beach and along the walking trails at Mentor Lagoons Park if leashed. Be sure to take the entire family to visit Mentor Headlands Beach State Park for the largest Beach in NE Ohio. While this home is equipped to host 8 people, we think the perfect group size is 5-6\. We\`re happy to host all 8, but keep in mind it will be a little cozier within this 1100sq ft ranch. Is that a cloud you\`re sleeping on? Nope, just the memory foam mattresses we stock in every bedroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size mattress while the other bedrooms are stocked with full queen sized beds. Feel free to sleep in, each room has black out curtains to keep the rooms dark throughout the day. Even the living room pull-out sleeper sofa comes equipped with a memory foam mattress. So no need to draw straws on who sleeps where, because every room in the house is it\`s own little sanctuary. Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun, but sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal. That\`s why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you\`ll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner. Also take advantage of the three burner grill outside! For our early birds, the kitchen is equipped with a Keurig prepared to make single cups of coffee (K-cups) or an entire pot. Your first morning will have K-cups provided. This beautiful, corner lot, provides natural shading from two large cotton trees throughout the day and with you located so close to the lake, you will always have a breeze. To enjoy the great weather further you can relax outside near the fire pit and roast some marshmallows at night. (Keep in mind fire wood is not provided and must be brought by the guest) The home is located on an island surrounded by our local marsh. Here you will have amenities such as a small grocery store, gas station, ice cone shop, pizza shop, park and gas station. The island is also bike friendly so feel free to bring your own bicycle to enjoy local sights. Only a five minute drive up 44 S, you will find restaurants, large box grocery stores including, Sams club, Walmart, Target, Meijer and Heinen\`s. Once the sun goes down, the family can enjoy a 43\` smart tv that has a number of streaming apps to log into including Disney +, Netflix, Hulu, Youtube TV and more. (Please bring your own log in info). Or if tv isn\`t of any interest, push the coffee table aside and bring out the board games or cards stocked for you. The number of state and local parks nearby alone will make you wanting to come back for another stay. These range from waterfront views to forest journeys. One of which is located just down the road that is great for birdwatching, home of Bald Eagle nests. (Mentor Marsh) Our cleaning crew takes pride in providing a refreshing experience to each guest. Only 25 minutes east, you will find our Wine Country where over 15+ wineries are located. Enjoy driving through Madison Ohio in paradise. Only located 35 minutes from downtown Cleveland, you can experience local Baseball, Basketball and Football games throughout the year along with \`The Flats\`, A Christmas Story House, West Side Market, Cleveland Museum, Jack Casino, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Playhouse Square and East 4th Street. 40 Minutes west you will find Geneva on the lake, a local hot spot for outdoor activities, motorcycle events and great food! No access to the detached garage. Other amenities are within a five minute drive both in diamond center and mentor on the lake. Traveling around on the island and beach is best with bikes. Trails along the Mentor Marsh are best for walking. It was easy in and out, we did not have to do much cleaning. I especially appreciated we could reserve the house from Tuesday to Monday due to our travel schedule. We recently stayed at Breezy Paradise and had a fantastic family vacation. The house is in a prime location, just a minute away from Lake Erie, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful scenery and cool lake breeze. It's also conveniently close to a gas station and a small grocery store, perfect for any quick needs. The house itself was very comfortable, and the beds, including the memory foam mattresses, felt like sleeping on clouds. We made great use of the fully equipped kitchen for some home-cooked meals, and the outdoor grill and fire pit added to our enjoyment. Evenings were particularly magical with the lightning bugs lighting up the night, and the friendly neighbors added to the warm atmosphere. We also appreciated the board games provided, which made for some fun family game nights. The location is perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of parks and attractions within a short drive. Whether you're interested in nature, wineries, or visiting Cleveland, it's all easily accessible. Jake, the property manager, was great and ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, Breezy Paradise is an ideal getaway spot, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient vacation home near Lake Erie. ##### Tony H. Nice quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, clean and comfortable accommodations, up to date amenities. We brought along our two beagles and they enjoyed themselves also. A private beach is within walking distance - only two blocks away. Although the hill leading down to the beach might be a little difficult to navigate, we were the only ones on the beach both times we went. Very happy with our stay here. ##### Gary S. We got setup quickly and oriented to what is in the area thanks to the information Jake provided in the house. We had been in Chicago and Cedar Point for four days prior so did laundry which was great. The second night we were there a severe storm came over the lake with 80mph wind. Lost power for a brief time but everything else held up well. Really enjoyed the beach park, Brennan's, and the ice cream place in Fairport. Everything in Fairport was awesome. Highly recommend if you're going to be in the area! We primarily were in the area for Holden Arboretum and the beach but enjoyed everything we discovered while we were there. ##### Nicholas H.
