This home is centrally located in Cleveland and a couple minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping! 30 ish minutes to Chattanooga or the Ocoee River for white water rafting and lakes! There are a few steps up to the front porch and into the home. The first floor has an open floor plan with large living room, dining, and kitchen with all new appliances. Down the hall is a hall full bathroom with shower/tub combo, queen bedroom, a master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom, and another room with 2 twin beds. Down the stairs is a full finished basement with another room with queen bedroom, large living space with windows, kitchenette, and bathroom. Off the first floor is a large screened in patio and larger deck in the back. This property was fantastic at offering us a spotless, quiet, roomy place to try to relax after visits to the hospital. It is simple but very tasteful in decor. The neighborhood was quiet and Door Dash had no trouble finding us. No one felt like cooking. It is equipped with everything one could want when staying away from home. The house is deceptively roomy. The lower level is like a separate apartment and also is very lovely.
