Bedrooms & Bathrooms The home accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms with four beds. The third bedroom includes a twin trundle bed that can be raised to form a queen, while the other bedrooms provide additional sleeping options. All rooms except bedrooms two and three are located on the first floor, and there is no basement. Outdoor Living The fenced backyard offers an open grassy space with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill. It’s a comfortable spot for coffee in the morning or grilling in the evening, and a secure area for pets to enjoy. Parking is available in the driveway with space for two vehicles. Kitchen & Dining The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, complete with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, and dining essentials. A dining table allows you to gather and share meals with ease. We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am. 🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. 🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. The rental is located on a street that needs a lot of care for. When we pulled up to the house it looked from the outside as unkept with tall weeds greeting you at the front door. Inside it was clean and as advertised. To use the upstairs you need to be very careful. The steps did not feel safe to be coming down in the middle of the night to use the bathroom on the first floor. So the couch worked for this stay. I had my two dogs for this trip the fenced in backyard was ok but I did pick up some glass and potato chip bags to keep it clean -and safe for them. For where this house is located and what it has to offer it’s over priced for me. I’ve stayed in a secluded mountain home for about the same or less.
