The home features a split floor plan with a large private master suite on one side and the other two guest bedrooms and bathroom on the opposite side of the home. The back of the home faces West making for beautiful sunset viewing! The living is large with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. There is no carpet in the home- only tiled floors, luxury vinyl plank flooring and washable rugs. The laundry is located inside with a full size washer and dryer. Outdoor enjoyment is a breeze with a large screened in patio featuring a dining table for 6 and a conversational seating space looking out over the massive fully fenced private yard and pool area. OPTIONAL\*\*\*A grill is available as well as pool heating for an additional fee. All furniture and furnishings including bedding and kitchenware are new in 2024, including leather living room furniture. TV's are located in the living room and all bedrooms. The soaring ceilings and large windows throughout the home allow for an abundance of natural light. The kitchen is appointed with a large storage pantry, quartz countertops and bar seating. The home also features an office space, large dining area with seating for 6, a pass-thru gate from the long driveway into the backyard, and sliding glass doors with access to the screened patio from the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom #1\.
