This property is very well kept up and was great for our family. The only issue we had was heating of the pool that we had paid for and the AC. Other than that it was a great place for our family to stay.

No hot tub
Our stay was sufficient for our two days in the Orlando area but we were led to believe that there was a hot tub next to the pool, which is the sole reason that we chose this property over others. It was pictured with the pool and was described as a hot tub in the amenities list and then on another list it was referred to as a spa/whirlpool. Professionals refer to hot tubs as spas so we thought nothing of it. We were shocked when we arrived and the owner told us there was no heat in the spa (they turn the breaker off to the heater when they rent it out) but never would anyone build a little sitting area next to the pool for additional cold water relaxation. It was deceptive and completely disrupted the last few days of our vacation.

Exactly what we hoped for!
The property was exactly as advertised. We had a great stay. The home was clean and comfortable and made our visit to Clermont very enjoyable.

Cher was a wonderful guest. They communicated very well during their arrival. We were very happy to host them. They treated our place with respect and left it very clean when they departed. We would host Cher again anytime.

Short getaway
Everything was great. Beds and couches were very comfortable. The house is immaculate and in a great area! The owners suggested places to eat and things to do. I would recommend it to people and would stay there again.

Welcome package.
I enjoyed my stay but believe it would have been more enjoyable if I had the following: a welcome package placed in a drawer giving overview of how to operate things in house . We had a problem with the tv Even though you promptly answered my concers, I did not contact you with a few concerms because of my short stay. My Min concern was the temperature in the house was too hot. We would wake up sweating. Overall, we had a nice time.
