"the staff very friendly and helpful. The main stairs carpet somewhat threadbare but everywhere kept tidy and clean. They only do a continental breakfast but as much as you can eat and plenty of choice with a member of staff on hand to help out. You can either eat in the lounge, no tablecloths, or take it back to your room. I had a family room so plenty of space. The room had tea and coffee making facilities and a little fridge. The toilet and shower room was a bit cramped with the shower...

"Hotel was clean. Booked for a double room but got upgraded to a bigger room . Cleaners were polite, knocked before entering the room and asked if we needed anything. Hotel was very convenient just 2 minute walk from seafront. Would book the hotel again. "

"The bed was so uncomfortable, the springs are poking through the mattress. To top it off the room and bed is full of bed bugs, I woke up every morning with bites on my legs and my partner had 7 bites all over his face. See previous comments from guests who suffered the bed bugs and shared images of them. Terrible and disgusting. The rooms need deep cleaning. Be warned "
