"We were hesitant to stay at “holiday inn”. We were so pleasantly surprised. The view was amazing. I think I like the bay view better than ocean view. The condo was bigger than I thought it would be. Even used the washer and dryer and they worked great. We will definitely stay again."

"Very Clean! Convenient location. Large covered porch with lovely views of birds and boats on the Intracoastal waterway. The water park is ideal for families with a short walk to the beach. This unit is tastefully decorated. The negatives were queen beds sunk a bit and those pillows were flat. Rugs in the main living area need to be replaced. Additional cooking utensils needed. Would rent again if those items are taken care of. We enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed for a weekend three days and the experience was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful regardless of their role on the resort and very above and beyond!!!We will definitely stay here again, the only issue were the elevators for the main building were broken most of the trip but there were other elevators available with a bit of a walk. "

"Great hotel on St Pete Beach. Walking distance to shopping, bars and restaurants. Pool areas and bars are great if you just want to relax and enjoy. The beach is right behind the hotel and very convenient."
