"My family and I were so excited to go to Clearlake and relax in water. However, we were not told how low or disgusting the water was. Unfortunately there were spiders and ants everywhere as well. While in the kitchen we found several dishes with leftover food cake on. The property is listed as pet friendly however there were no gates so the dogs had to remain inside or on leashes. I had decided to take to a bath and relax a bit only to find leftover shaved hair in the tub. Although we did make...

"We enjoyed the picturesque window view, however the windows didn't have screens. The place was very quiet and the room was clean. The parking lot is very small it was difficult to maneuver our 16 ft pontoon even when we were the only car in the parking lot. But to be fair, when you're staying at the hotel you don't need a boat they have a lovely pier to fish from from"
