Location was good, convenient and surrounded by other good buildings. The interior was clean and inside the room felt relaxing and I was able to fall asleep with ease and I love the bathroom also.

The front desk lady with name of Margaret, or Margarita was rude, attitude and tone of voice was not welcoming the kind you expect in the Hospitality industry. Did not make me feel welcome. On the checkout did not thank me for staying at the hotel or told me to have a nice day. She seemed aggravated the whole time I would walk by or ask for something.

Horrible experience the pool was occupied by a swimming school the restaurant forgot to give me my food and end up closing the restaurant the sheets were dirty just a horrible experience

Rude staff
I was unable to check in when I arrived early - which I totally understand. I know how hotels work. Of the two people working at the front desk, one was very nice and helpful, the other was very abrupt and rude. They stored my luggage so I could go adventuring. When I returned, the new front desk attendant checked me in, gave me my key, and sent me on my way. When I reached the room, I searched and was unable to find any general hotel information. I went back down to the front desk and asked the employee if there was a place I could get information. "What do you need to know?" he asked, annoyed. I asked him about a map of the property - no - about the pool and work-out facility hours, if there was a water bottle refill, if there was breakfast, etc. He seemed very annoyed that I had questions, even though he had given me zero information when I checked in. Not the friendliest staff.

My only complaint would be that at checkin not one mentioned amenities, parking permits, floor plan or where my room was located. Additionally I asked at checkin that my Marriott member number be added for my room rewards & it was not.

The staff was extremely courteous. The inside of the building and rooms were well kept and clean. Parking was limited and garbage cans outside had garbage piled on the top of the cans. The only downside in the room was that there were no liners for inside the room garbage can.

I arrived close to midnight after a delayed flight that made me miss my connection. I had to wait one hour to check in due to problems with the computer system freezing. The staff was polite but having to deal with us reduced my time sleeping to 3 hours, as I needed to rise at 4am. This leads me to giving a poor overall review

Room was a little musty smelling but I requested air deodorizer and a fan to get the air moving and both were delivered right away. I needed the fan for sleeping anyway since the fan on the AC was quiet. Slept great.

Morning staff was friendly. Check in staff were very unaccommodating. Marriott gold member. They have all my preferences (high floor, King bed) stored for past 20 years. Booked a King, offered 2 queens or ground floor king by lobby. Concerned about noise after long day/flight cancellation. Receptionist stated it wouldn’t be noisy because hotel was not full. Why isn’t there a king on any other floor if hotel isn’t full? Receptionist: “we are at capacity.” Took the noisy ground floor king and treated to guest arriving, lawn mowing in morning and car horns from people locking cars. Marriott Rewards have become a joke.

My family stayed here for four nights the latter part of July 2023. The hotel lists that they have an indoor pool available for guests. Come to find out, the hotel has contracted with a local swimming school and lets them run classes from 4 PM to 8 PM in the evening, which means guests only have access to half of the pool, if the school even gives you that much. The first night, they did give us half, and while having the school there was annoying, we tolerated it. The second night we tried to swim, the school was using the entire pool when we arrived. The manager of that night's classes moved them to the same side of the pool and proceeded to relocate the floating divider so that the empty side of the pool was about a quarter of the pool. They’d given us a lane that was about 4 to 6 feet wide – basically, we could stand next to each other in the water and take turns swimming the length of the pool, but we couldn’t pass each other or all swim at once. As for the classes themselves, they had 3 classes running for the entire four hours, each with 2-3 kids in them. If you’ve ever been inside a swim school, then you already know that the noise level was insane. The three instructors yell directions at the swimmers for the majority of the time. On top of the issues with the pool itself, each of the kids had at least one parent with them. Some had multiple adults and siblings waiting for them, which meant you couldn’t use any of the chairs in the swim area.

Not the property's fault -- I was disturbed by the playing children next door screaming while I was trying to nap as well as the baby who cried most of the night. I don't even blame the children, it's what they do but it made the stay difficult as I hadn't had much sleep the previous night either and had to get up SUPER early (4:00 am) for a flight.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The property was very clean. My most concern was the room was never clean the days I stayed. When I left to go out I would ask the front desk to make sue housekeeping came around. I had to call for towels every day.
