« Cozy Cabin sums it up. Easy check in. Small; but, neat and clean. A handful of nice spices for the barbecue if needed. Swimming in the river is a little tricky since there is a "wall" directly in front of the property. About 100 yards down, is the boat ramp where you can enter easier. I didn't use the pool; but, checked it out. It looked nice, with a couple of cabanas that would give you your own space. Has a communal washer / dryer attached to the back side of it. Not sure how many properties...

« Perfect place for our group of 18. 9 tweens/teens, and 9 adults! We let the kids take the large bedroom upstairs. It was great that the kids had the upstairs and the adults had the downstairs. We spent so much time in the pool and the kitchen was exactly what this group needed! The house has an eclectic layout, with so many beds and so many couches! For your group that wants to be all under one roof, this place is great! »
