WELCOME TO THE TILTED WAGON IN SUNCADIA  
The Titled Wagon is one of Suncadia’s finest golf course homes nestled up against a large pond overlooking the 5th Hole on the award winning Rope Rider Golf Course.   
  
Accommodation: With 3 en-suite bedrooms, 2 guest bedrooms, and a bonus bunk room (total of 1 king, 2 queens, 4 doubles and 6 twin beds), it can accommodate multiple families or large groups comfortably. The variety of bed sizes ensures flexibility for different sleeping arrangements.  
  
Outdoor Entertainment: The outdoor patio with its dining table, comfortable seating, barbecue grill, and gas fire pit provides a perfect setting for relaxation and social gatherings. Guests can enjoy the beautiful views of the pond and golf course while unwinding outdoors.  
  
Indoor Amenities: The spacious great room with vaulted ceilings, ledgestone gas fireplace, and gourmet kitchen serves as the heart of the home, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, amenities like a private hot tub, Xbox with games, foosball table, and bicycles provide entertainment options for guests of all ages.  
  
Pet-Friendly: The property is pet-friendly, allowing guests to bring their furry companions along for the vacation ($50/nt pet fee for up to 2 dogs).  
  
Convenience Features: Amenities such as EV car charger, AC, WiFi, Dish Network, Blu-Ray player add convenience and comfort to the stay.  
  
BEDROOM CONFIGURATION:  
• Main floor master with a king size bed and an attached private bath.  
• Main floor sleeping alcove with double bed.

House Rules: Important notes regarding parking, quiet hours, and the use of outdoor spaces ensure a pleasant experience for guests while respecting the community and neighborhood regulations. All vehicles need to be parked in the driveway and only 5 cars are allowed on property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Any violations of the noise ordinance can result in fines. The golf course and neighboring yards are exclusively for golfers and neighbor use. Please only utilize the outdoor area of this home.  
  
Overall, The Tilted Wagon offers a blend of comfort, luxury, and entertainment, making it an ideal destination for creating cherished memories with family and friends.  
  
\*\*Age Limit to book this home is 28\. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.  
\*\*\* We are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, seamless, cozy and comfortable. We had a great time in the mountains with our extended family. We always felt warm, the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utencils. There were lots of games - card games, board games, video games, foosball — something for everyone! We enjoyed using the hot tub as well. Enough seating for everyone at the table and kitchen island. The host was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. I would 100% stay again!

Very spacious, well equipped house. Very nice patio and view. Comfortable beds. Things I wish I’d known: unless you rent a house thru Suncadia you cannot use the swim and fitness center. That’s ‘disclosed’ at the very bottom of the property description - easy to miss. While there were 6 bikes in the garage only 2 of them had working brakes and/or wheels. I would still rent it again.

Easy instructions for check in and out, great accommodations. Towels and basic amenities included. Fully supplied kitchen made it easy for cooking and setting out snacks. The home is well maintained and spacious. We cant wait to go again!

This home - and Suncadia Resort - were the perfect place for a weekend gals gathering. The house was very comfortable, well stocked and easily accomodated a group of pur size. While within easy driving distance of the Seattle area, Suncadia feels a world away from the hustle-and-bustle.

#### Family Time

Great home and property with ample space inside and out. In addition to bedrooms are 8 cool "bunk" spaces with privacy curtains. Very nice outside space to sit and visit in the shade on hot afternoons. This well appointed home served our needs perfectly.

#### Tilted Wagon Gathering with Friends

Great house with plenty of space - both beds and bathrooms and good gathering spaces in the living room and kitchen. Lovely outlook onto a pond and the golf course Peaceful and quiet. We would go again, for sure.

What a wonderful weekend we had at the Tilted Wagon. The house was perfect size for our group of 11\. Plenty of space to lounge and play games. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, as well as, the peaceful view of the pond. Thanks for the great memories! We did notice that floors and countertops were not completely clean - this wouldn’t keep us from going back in the future.

Wonderful home on a picturesque pond, overlooking the golf course. All of the home features were top-end and everything was in perfect shape. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen fully furnished with two fridges and two dishwashers!
