It was all adults as well as teenagers and twenty-somethings. Suncadia itself is gorgeous and we enjoyed exploring, using the miles and miles of bike trails, etc. This house fit our group well and it was nice to have room to spread out for eating, socializing, etc. The garage game room was really fun too. Tons of trail access to surrounding areas, a great winery to visit, nestled in the mountains. Neighbors were very sweet and we particularly enjoyed the way the house flowed from one room to the next, allowing for an amazingly connected gathering space. We get together each year and this has been the best rental /experience yet. The house was so clean and beautiful. It had the perfect amount of rooms and space for all of us to spread out. It had everything we needed to accommodate a very wide range of ages (children to grandchildren).
