The property is gorgeous and was the perfect place to celebrate my 30th birthday with friends and family. The owner/rental company was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the whole process, even allowing us to check in early. The hot tub and game room were great amenities for entertaining, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms very nice, and the fact that it’s pet-friendly was a must for us.That said, after signing a pretty intense rental contract and reading through all the rules, I did feel some anxiety about potentially being fined for something small… so I was a little disappointed to notice some missed details from the prior cleaning. For example, I had to pick up trash outside so my dog wouldn’t get to it, and the hot tub had some dirt and pine needles at the bottom. I also wish the backyard was more maintained. There were tall, dried weeds right off the patio that we had to walk through to get to the rest of the yard, and they were a bit prickly on my bare legs/feet.Overall though, none of this overshadowed how much we enjoyed our stay. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again! ##### Carole C. Spacious and incredibly well appointed. Plenty of gathering spaces both indoors and out. We cooked meals for 10 adults and never once did we fail to find the necessary kitchen item! The kitchen had every pot, pan, utensil, etc, plus many small appliances. Awesome hot tub and gas fire pit. We accessed Suncadia’s wonderful trail system just out the door! We were pleasantly surprised by how secluded this house felt after renting other homes in Suncadia for the last 4 years. The home was beautiful, clean, with a walking trail right outside the front door. Highly recommend for a couples trip or family trip. ##### Tany G. We found that the house was well maintained and clean. There were 8 beds a couple queens and a king so with a big group you may be sharing beds. But there were also several couches. We stay at a VRBO every summer and this may be the nicest house yet! Very clean, beautiful area, very well stocked and ready for a family! The only complaint was the struggle with the AC unit, out was not cooling the house sufficiently which was problematic on the hotter day we were there, but the other days it was cool enough to keep windows open. House was clean and garage area was perfect for gatherings. Tons of room and nice finishes. Fireplace works and was very nice during the cold days but the firepit out back has seen better days for sure, it’s very loud when running. No complaints honestly we had a great stay. The home was everything that was presented on the Vrbo site. Beautiful surroundings, surrounded by three feet of snow. The interior was well appointed, comfortable, clean and very inviting and warm. Everyone loved the two story fireplace, the large kitchen, bedrooms, game room and hot tub. Loved our stay, wish we had more time to spend in Suncadia, so I'm sure we will return in the summer. I had a few friends come up for the weekend to celebrate my birthday and had such a great time. We spent most of our time on the deck, hanging around the fire pit, in the hot tub and in the kitchen cooking up yummy meals. The kitchen was gray and had almost everything we needed. With the exception of a few things that were not cleaned like the shower drains that had a huge hair clog and several disruptions, because we had to call management to have them come fix some things. The house is beautiful, but we were right next door to very loud construction! And my brother-in-law has PTSD and this did not go good. His nerves were absolutely shot, and he had to stay inside my elderly mom who requires a nap every day could not sleep because of all the hammering, and the workers were very sweet and nice, but they were loud and a bit obnoxious.
