Welcome to 30 Cakebox Lane! Steps from StoveHouse restaurant and the Inn. This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath house sits in the heart of Suncadia on the 18th fairway of Prospector and is within walking distance to all the great places the resort has to offer. Perfect home for a quiet couple or good friends looking to spend a weekend at the spa relaxing from the day to day..... to a few families or golf buddies looking for a fun outdoor recreation filled stay. This three-bedroom home is great for many occasions and one of its finest qualities is the large outdoor patio equipped with fire pit and hot tub to enjoy outdoor living. You can watch the golfers finish out their round on the 18th fairway.

The main level holds an open kitchen design to the living room as well as patio access to bbq and fire-pit. Main floor also includes the powder room, primary bedroom suite with king size bed, full bath, large size washer/dryer and access to the 2 car garage. The family room and bedrooms all have upgraded Smart TVs loaded with apps to enjoy your favorite shows.

Second floor has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. One bedroom is queen size and one bedroom has bunk-beds (twin over full) plus a twin daybed that sleeps two. There is also queen size aero bed available to use as well. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV and the bunkbed room has a mini Nintendo with games!

The Suncadia Resort and surrounding area has many year round recreational activities. In the winter it is the perfect destination to enjoy a winter wonderland weekend with sledding for the kids or cross country skiing. Top summer activities in Cle Elum, Roslyn, Lake Cle Elum, Suncadia Resort include:
-Rope Rider or Prospector Golf Courses
-Canoe, paddle board or rent bikes at Village Pavilion
-Campcadia for the kids (Thurs - Sun in summer)
-River Rafting on the Yakima River
-Horseback Riding w/Happy Trails or Three Peaks Outfitters

Here are the pros and cons of this house in Suncadia. Pros. House was cleanHouse had games and books. House was spacious for our group of eight. House had a basketball game in the garage that was fun for the kids. House had a good hot water for showers. Hot tub seemed to work fine. Barbecue seemed to work fine.ConsFireplace never worked. Property manager told us that they probably needed a fireplace technician and possibly the owners had tried to get someone and he would give us a status on that. Never heard anymore. In the winter it’s nice to have a fireplace.Ice machine in the refrigerator didn’t work.Frying pans were very dinged up and really not usable if you wanted anything healthy. There was only one frying pan that was actually usable.We had to keep unplugging and plugging back in the TV for it to work. Very annoying.When we told the property manager we were having trouble with the TV he never responded but luckily we finally figured out what the problem was. It was a big football weekend so we definitely wanted to watch TV. He did respond after we told him that we had figured it out.We had a very nice visit and none of the problems were big enough to cause us a problem. Luckily we were able to figure out the TV and unfortunately the lack of fireplace was something we missed.Usually the homes in Suncadia are in tiptop shape. For the price you pay they should be.This home just was average but all in all we had a great time.

Check in easy, house and setting is beautiful, kitchen fully stocked, beds comfortable, plenty of bed and bathrooms for a large group. Had trouble with the front door keypad but was assured that it is being fixed.

The house is in a beautiful location and the host had good recommendations for activities in the area. The house was clean and in good condition. There was a deer that walked through the backyard patio and was 15 - 20 feet from us. Very cool.

Outstanding home and location!

We had the best time at this house, which had everything we needed and more! Every room was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with pots and utensils, and a large backyard with a hot tub! We loved the location and could walk to The Inn and the main lodge. Fantastic house!

A relaxing getaway

We stayed over the Christmas holiday and it was everything we needed. Cozy, relaxing, and quiet. We saw elk and got snow! The kitchen is stocked pretty well. The hot tub was clean and the perfect temp and the beds are comfortable. I was happy that every room had its own bathroom too. I would stay again.
