The property is nestled towards the back of Suncadia with some awesome access to walking trails and not a ton of traffic. The house is new and spotless and has all the amenities you could want. 10/10 recommend! We did not have kids with us but very nice playroom with toys and table that would have been great if we brought our little ones.
