Our family has been renting cabins for the past 7 years around Washington state during this time of the year, and we always enjoy the Cle Elum/Suncadia area. The game room in the detached garage was fantastic for the kids and adults! The only thing I didn't like was how slippery the floor was when wet, which was often since we had to walk through some snow to get between the house and garage. Some of the beds weren't very comfortable and a lot of them made noise whenever there was movement. We also couldnt find any extra bedding, which was a bit of a bummer. Each bedroom did have a TV and that was a nice surprise, even though most of us didnt use them. The loft was a nice space for the kids. The kitchen space was good and well stocked with utensils and cookware. This house was a great setup if you have a large group that wants to spread out into smaller groups. Our family likes to all hangout in one central location so the downstairs living area and the detached garage were great for that. The main floor living area was a bit small but we made it work. ##### Colleen M. Only possible complaint would be to give a little better warning about the fact that the garage require firewood to stay warm. We planned a couples' getaway trip for some of our closest friends (and one of their toddlers) for my partner's boyfriend, and this was an absolute gem of a find. Everything was exactly as described, the game room and group hangout spaces within the house were fantastic, and the few concerns we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the property management company via text. We had a great extended weekend with a group of friends in their 30s and 40s, along with kids of various ages. We rented this home with 8 adults, 1 elementary school age child and 3 toddlers, plus our dog. We had a great time and the home was spacious but still cozy with room for everyone! I was worried that it would be too hot without centralized AC in the home, but the weather was mild and we were just fine with the window units for the upstairs and using fans in the main level. The outdoor game room was perfect for our group to hang out in while our little ones were napping or sleeping at nighttime. The home was clean and well stocked and located in a great neighborhood. The nearby beach and community center pool were great activities. The only downside for us was the rental company for the property due to their extensive contracts, rules and list of charges for things not done right during your stay. This was a big turn-off for us and I will keep an eye out for other properties managed by VR365 in the future. ##### Regan A. The house was huge with plenty of room for a large group. Everything was clean and well stocked. The outside firepit area and hot tub were very relaxing, and the game room was incredible for entertainment and games. Also, plenty of activities to do in the area. A lot of games and activities to do around Ronald. Got to play our first time at suncadia golf course. Owner was very nice and always kept in communication with me. The separate game room was perfect for kiddos and adults, and when it was down time for kids it was nice for the adults to have a separate place to hang out and not disturb them. The hot tub amongst the snow was perfectly relaxing and we enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. We would love to come back in the summer! ##### Kelsea D.
