The biggest problem was getting there and then realizing we didn’t have access to any of the Suncadia pools. I suppose that was my bad for not realizing it but just a warning to future travelers. I ended up booking a hotel room through the resort for a couple nights (for 1000 that we didn’t even touch) just to grant us access to the pools because that was the whole point of the trip. ##### Marianne A. Great location to all the Suncadia lodge amenities. The master bedroom bed is not comfortable. It’s as hard as a rock. It needs a pillow top or something else to soften it up a little. Online communication with the manager via (chat), never received a response. Text message eventually worked but it took about an hour te get a response. Once they responded they were helpful.
