The sights of the mountains and river were breathtaking. The kids loved the heated pool! Our room was great. Perfect size for our family and it was very clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable too! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because we had a hard time getting hot water for showers. I’m not sure if something was going on at the lodge that caused this? That was the only downside to our whole stay. Everything else was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again. ##### Cassie M. Talk about magical winter wonderland!! The room itself was pretty standard, but the hotel, the grounds it is on, hiking trails, pools and hot tubs, restaurant/bar, Christmas tree and huge fire place, all the spots to sit outdoors and appreciate the incredible surroundings. The room was pretty clean. The beds were super comfortable. There are a few suggestions i would give. There was only one bath robe provided even though there were more than one guest staying. It would have been nice to have an extra robe. In the bathroom the wall paper is beginning to peel and I noticed that the wall higher up may have some specs of dirt near the mirror?
