There is a beautiful view of the main shipping channel and the sunsets are spectacular. This cottage is ideal for couples, fishermen or small families. This cottage will sleep five people with two bedrooms and a sofa in the living area. The cottage includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker Basic Cable TV and Free WiFi are provided. Boat dockage is included. Bed Linens, Blankets, pillows, and towels are not provided. Cooking pots, pans, dishes, cups, and silverware are not provided. Dogs are allowed with owners approval and There is a pet fee. There is a children’s playground and a small sandy beach. Enjoy the fishing, boating, kayaking, or just enjoy relaxing by the river. The cottage is small and is perfect for a couple or a small family.The views are incredible and the outdoor access is amazing. the owners have a row of Adirondack chairs right along the beach to sit and watch the ships go by ,watch the sunset, and enjoy water activities like swimming, boating, kayaking, and fishing. Downtown Clayton is absolutely picturesque along the water and it’s about a seven minute drive from the cottage.
