Welcome to our brand-new, professionally decorated home in the heart of Clayton, NC. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is perfect for families, professionals, or anyone looking to relax in a peaceful, well-connected area.  
  
The open-concept layout allows the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen to flow seamlessly together, making it easy to stay connected with family or friends. The spacious living room features a large, comfortable C-shaped sectional sofa, perfect for stretching out and relaxing. A smart TV with surround sound provides a theater-like experience for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.  
  
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and dine at home. It includes modern stainless-steel appliances, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, glassware, and more. The large center island offers seating for four, making it a great spot for breakfast, casual meals, or conversation while cooking. Complimentary coffee pods and a coffee maker are provided to help you start your mornings off right.  
  
The adjacent dining area has a stylish table with seating for four, ideal for enjoying meals together or getting some work done in a comfortable space.  
  
The primary bedroom features a king-size memory foam mattress, smart TV, and a private bathroom with all the essentials. The two additional bedrooms include queen-size memory foam mattresses and dedicated workspaces, ideal for remote work or study. Both bathrooms are equipped with shower and tub combinations and are fully stocked with towels, toiletries, and other essentials.  
  
A full laundry area with washer, dryer, and complimentary detergent is available for your convenience.  
  
Step outside to the back patio, where a cozy outdoor seating area awaits. This private space is perfect for sipping coffee in the morning, reading a book, or enjoying evening conversations in a peaceful setting.  
  
The home is protected by exterior-only security cameras for your safety and peace of mind. These include a Ring doorbell camera at the front door, a spotlight camera above the garage monitoring the driveway, and another spotlight camera at the backyard door on the left-hand side. There are no cameras inside the home, ensuring your complete privacy.  
  
Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, the property offers direct access to a nearby paved walking trail for morning runs or afternoon strolls. Johnston Regional Airport is just minutes away, and you’re also conveniently close to I-95, Highway 70, and I-40.
