There is a pull-out couch in the main living area. Recently added central air for summer cool and a forced hot air furnace for winter warmth will comfort you in any season. The propane fireplace will help add to the romantic ambiance. While out on the deck you can relax on the comfortable deck furniture. There is a white picket fence to protect a dog or kids while they play. Plenty of parking space for vehicles. The dock slip can handle up to a thirty foot boat. Shore power, hot and cold running water are available for your boating needs. The house is set up perfectly. The kitchen had all of the utensils and items and even additional things that we wouldn’t have expected. The beds were super comfortable And having the two full baths was awesome for our family. The view from the deck was gorgeous on the river and it was centrally located between Clayton and Alex Bay.
