"The room wasn’t clean, no pillow cases and there was supposed to be a refrigerator and microwave in the room and there wasn’t. TV didn’t work either. There was 1 bar soap and no other toiletries. No ice bucket or ice machine. Vending machines were empty and not plugged up"

"The place was very nice and cozy with some beautiful mountain and lake scenery. There was wonderful communication with the host. The only problems we had was a little bit of mold was found on the shower curtain and there were a lot a dead lady bugs, other than that everything was pretty clean."
