Great holiday Niewand in Clausthal-Zellerfeld in the Upper Harz is located in the basement of a family home. The comfortable, quiet, comfortable 65sqm apartment has a separate entrance and a terrace with seating. In the apartment you will find a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with TV, radio, desk and sofa and a triple room (one double bed and a single bed). For the little ones there are toys and for the adults literature, so that even a rainy vacation day can be used wisely. A travel cot and a high chair are also available if required.  
  
The apartment "Niewand" in Clausthal-Zellerfeld, in the beautiful Upper Harz, is located in a family house in a quiet location, with no through traffic. The main building of the Technical University and the city center of Clausthal-Zellerfeld are about 5 minutes walk from the house. The rehabilitation clinic Oberharz "Am Schwarzenbacher pond" is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment "Niewand". These can be easily reached by a short Access Road or by a walk. The comfortable and cozy 4-star apartment "Niewand" with a separate entrance and a terrace overlooking the city invites you to a relaxed and carefree holiday.
