The open living / dining / kitchen area invites you to cook / chat together. The house is the starting point for almost all the attractions of the Harz, e.g. B. Torfhaus / Schierke for a Brocken hike, the Wurmberg in Braunlage, the summer toboggan run in St. Andeasberg, stalactite caves, mines, shopping in Goslar and of course lots of hiking / skiing / cross-country skiing routes in / around / on lakes and mountains and much more. The house is an old Harz mining house, which we have now largely modernized, but have tried to keep the old charm. The open living / dining / kitchen area is on the ground floor. The kitchen is extra spacious and has a large hob so that everyone can help with the cooking. In the living room corner there is a TV for those who are tired of the day trips :-). The bedrooms are upstairs. The house has two garages, one of which is used for equipment. So there are also the cushions for the garden furniture and grill. Etc. Die Kommunikation mit Janina war super, sehr schnelle Antworten. Zur Beschreibung des Hauses ist nichts hinzuzufügen. Lediglich zur Ankunft hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass das Haus schon ein bisschen angeheizt gewesen wäre. Nach kurzer Zeit wurde es aber dann warm. ##### Eike F. Buchung, check in etc. ohne Probleme, Bilder in der Anzeige entsprechen dem Objekt. Der untere Wohnbereich sehr schön renoviert, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Eingangsbereich und erste Stock noch im "original" Zustand aber OK. Soweit alles gut. Dann die böse Überraschung: exakt in der von FeWo gegebenen Frist von 14 Tagen wird uns per Portal plump mitgeteilt, das ein Schaden im WC festgestellt wurde und dafür Zusatzkosten von veranschlagt werden (direkte Abbuchung von Kreditkarte). Es gab keine verherige Kommunikation. Auf Rückfrage wurde dieses mit dem Urlaub der Verwalterin begründet. Nur mit Ihr haben wir nach unserer Abreise sowohl über das Portal als auch über WhatsApp kommuniziert. Kein Wort zum Schaden. Zudem muss jemand den Schaden im Protal nach unserer Abreise eingegeben habe - keine persönliche Nachricht an uns! Das ist extrem ärgerlich, da nach Rücksprache keiner der Familie den Schaden bemerkt hat. Das wird uns aber auch noch unterstellt, da das herausgebrochene Teil verschwunden ist. Nach weiterer Rückfrage and Anforderung einer ausführlichen Dokumentation für Versicherungszwecke nach vier Woche keine klare Rückmeldung. Auch von Seiten des Portals keine Rückmeldung hinsichtlich der Reklamation. Fazit: nie mehr diese Platform, nicht mehr diese Wohung (gibt ja Auswahl) und nur noch mit persönlicher Übergabe! Wenn etwas fehlte, wurde es unverzüglich nachgereicht (Bio-Ethanol für Kamin). Eine top Küchenausstattung, sowie Kleinkinderausstattung (Hochstuhl, Bett, Maltisch). Ausreichende Bettenanzahl und sehr zuvorkommende Kommunikation. Die Stehhöhe in der oberen Etage ist für große Menschen etwas niedrig, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell dran. Gerne wieder. ##### Falk R. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind da. Gerade für meine 9 Monate alte Nichte hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist liebevoll renoviert und die Küche exzellent ausgestattet. Die Zimmer im Obergeschoss haben alles was man braucht inklusive bewusst und schön erhaltenem Altbauflair, die Betten sind spitze. Allerdings ist die Deckenhöhe etwas niedrig, wie es sich bei einem alten Haus gehört. Was die Bäder angeht, so sind diese bisher nur an den nötigsten Stellen modernisiert, jedoch voll funktionstüchtig. Insgesamt war das Haus blitzsauber, die Kommunikation war wunderbar und völlig unkompliziert. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder bleiben. ##### Lisa D. Jun 28, 2018 #### Direkt an der Hauptstraße, sehr laut, niedrige Deckenhöhe im oberen Bereich Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, leider auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern noch sehr laut, daher haben wir kaum ein Auge zugetan. In der oberen Etage, wo sich die Zimmer befinden ist die Deckenhöhe sehr niedrig, Zimmer klein, Durchgangszimmer-daher wirklich nur für gut befreundete Gäste zu gebrauchen, nur ein Kleiderschrank in einem Zimmer. Das Bad oben ist ebenfalls sehr klein und eng. Parkmöglichkeit nur an der Straße oder halb auf dem Bürgersteig vor der Garage. Per Telefon war niemand erreichbar-Kurkarten haben wir auch keine bekommen. Leider kann ich daher obwohl der Wohnbereich und Küche modern gestaltet sind die Wohnung insgesamt nicht weiterempfehlen. ##### Patricia S. May 4, 2018 #### Sehr nette Unterkunft gegen fairen Preis Wer keinen riesen Luxus, sondern eine nette Unterkunft zu einem fairen Preis sucht, der ist hier absolut richtig. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir haben es vorwiegend als Ausgangsziel für Wantertouren gebucht. Uns war wichtig, dass ein Baby sowie Hund mitkonnten und vor allem, dass wir abends gemeinsam an einem Tisch sitzen konnten. Informationsfluss mit der Vermieterin hat bestens geklappt. Es hat alles super gut geklappt mit der Absprache und auch umbuchen war kein Problem. Wir haben ein sauberes, gut ausgestattetes und nett eingerichtetes Haus vorgefunden. Mar 18, 2018 #### Ausrreichende Ferien-Unterkunft mit schlechter Betreuung Stellen Sie sich vor, Sie kommen nicht in Ihre Unterkunft und unter der angegebenen Notfallnummer ist niemand erreichbar und die Rückruf-Bitte wird bis heute nicht erfüllt! Weiter war die Unterkunft nicht ordentlich gereinigt (Der letzte Hund "war noch auf dem Sofa und Fussboden im gesamten Haus"!!!). Es gab Anleitungen zur Müll-Entsorgung, aber die für die technischen Einrichtungen waren nicht auffindbar! Die Räumlichkeiten im EG waren gut. Insbesondere die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus erfüllte voll und ganz unserer aller Erwartungen! Wir waren erstaunt wie modern, funktional und hochwertig Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnbereich und Sanitäranlagen eingerichtet sind, ebenso die verschiedenen Schlafräume. Beispiele: Da es im Harz manchmal (so auch bei unserem Aufenthalt) empfindlich kalt sein kann, lagen zu den Bettdecken Steppdecken bereit! Ein liebevoller Service! Für die Spülmaschine gab es ein Glas in dem Tabs vorrätig waren. Im Vorratsraum waren Getränke, Snacks u.ä. vorhanden, entweder nach längerer Fahrt oder einem Ausflug. Sauber, groß genug auch für acht Erwachsene und eine wirklich komplett ausgestattete Küche. Der offene Wohn/Ess - und Küchenbereich ist prima für ein gemütliches Zusammensitzen.
