"The rooms are very small, noisy and extremely dated. The main issue for me was the noise. The plumbing and lifts being the main culprit. Whenever the person in the next room (either side) flushed the toilet or used the faucet it could be clearly heard in my room. Staff ambivalent and if I hadn't prepayed I would have moved to another hotel. Located on a noisy road as well. "
