The Residence Suite is the original portion of the home with a full kitchen, dining room and living area. Relax and enjoy our spacious property 15 minutes from downtown, restaurants, APSU, and Fort Campbell. Nashville is only a 45 minute drive. Or stay home, relax in your private guest suite and explore our 5 acre property. We can't wait to welcome you! Disclaimer: This is one of three private units at the property. The yard is shared by all guests. The master bedroom comes with two queen beds. The 2nd bedroom is accessed through the master bedroom and is equipped with a twin over full bunk bed with a pull out twin trundle. The 2nd bedroom has a door to provide privacy from the master. The bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom. Your suite includes full access to our pond, fire pit, and backyard. These areas are shared with other guests. This unit also has a fully-fenced pet area for small to medium sized dogs. Your private suite entrance is around to the right of the home and comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. Please park on the driveway on the right of the house or on the street. Other guests may park in front of the house or on the driveway to the left, so please do not park in these areas. You get the entire space to yourself. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergency. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: Two Queen Beds | Bedroom 2 (attached): Twin/Full Bunk Bed with Twin Pull Out Underneath Available Add-On's: • Firewood & starter kit (+$30) • Grill rental w/ utensils (+$40) • Fishing pole w/ light tackle (+$15/pole) • Dog friendly (please inquire) Guest Access: Your private suite entrance is around to the right of the home and comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. The residence was very clean and the check in process was super easy. In addition to the superior level of cleanliness, there were several items provided for our use - toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, bathroom supplies, etc. The owner was responsive and in communication with us when we reached out.
