Go for a walk around downtown and come home to high end furnishings, linens & towels, & an elevated ambiance to make you feel welcome in a comfortable and professional environment. We look forward to serving you! Enjoy our modern 750sf, one-story apartment within minutes of the city's most popular bars, restaurants, and Austin Peay State University. We have space to accommodate up to 2 cars in the main parking lot, leading directly into the main entryway. Our private, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space comes equipped with a full kitchen to make home-cooked meals for friends and loved ones. It is close to downtown and conveniently located to stores and restaurants. The unit was clean and comfortable. The box fan was a nice extra to have. The water pressure in the shower is really strong and there was a good amount of hot water.
