This fully-furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit is located on the first floor for easy access (no stairs). We offer a sofa pullout for additional sleeping, so we can accommodate small-medium sized groups up to 6 guests. The kitchen offers a full-size stove/oven, overhead microwave and full-size refrigerator/freezer. The main living & dining area provides plenty of space to enjoy a meal, relax on the couch, and stream your favorite shows! Clean, as described, conveniently located to everything we needed. We felt it was a quiet and safe area. The only thing I would suggest is ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy! Easy, plentiful parking. Easy entry. Centrally located to everything you could want to do in clarksville. Loads of spices in the kitchen; but really, no scrimping on any utensils or pans or serving dishes you might need to make or serve a meal. Washer and dryer very handy. Our unit was on the main floor and would be easy for elderly or handicapped to access with a large walk in shower. One bed was even lower for us older/ shorter people. Super comfy beds, by the way. Big sectional for our kids who live in town to come enjoy a movie night with us. So perfect for our needs. Will book with them again when visiting our kids in town(at least until they are older and have their own spaces without roommates, lol) ##### Beth G.
