The house itself was great. But from the very beginning Vacasa was frustrating. We couldn’t get in the house for 45 minutes after we got there because the code was wrong and it took Vacasa that long to get us a new one.Then we didn’t have internet for two days because the login info was wrong Vacasa was texted multiple times and called but they couldn’t get it correct. Finally my husband solved the problem on his own by looking under the router. There was no where to dump a trash bag, no outside trash cans or instructions. Again we contacted Vacasa but there solution was to leave it outside for the rest of our stay which was 5 days. So we got fruit flys and had stinking trash. We got some steaks to grill, there were no grill utensils. Vacasa did drive up the utensils the next day for us. All in all we loved the house, but the documentation about the codes and passwords was all incorrect. Also no instructions on what to do with trash was just weird. ##### Cheryl G.
