We liked the property as a whole and enjoyed the back deck. Weather was perfect. We had a small issue when we got there and contact with owner was prompt and issue was addressed immediately. Very clean, comfortable with all of the amenities of home. I would recommend this property highly! I have stayed at many properties and this by far was the best. Close enough to Helen to enjoy the town and the perfect distance away that provides the serenity and peacefulness of the mountains! Also, VERY AFFORDABLE! Very clean, comfortable, everything was nice, only two recommendations......(1) A clock would be nice in the room somewhere, and (2) if you know someone is checking in on the day, please have an outside light on or some kind of identification marker so the visitors can easily identify the property. Only issue was we checked in late, VERY DARK and we did not want to just walk up to someone's door to see if it was indeed our place! Other than that- PERFECT!! ##### Jeffrey D. The driveway for parking is tight when you have a larger truck {diesel} but it's doable. Had some issues with the internet access, but once I sent a message the response was immediate. A little further out than we imagined but still less than 15 minutes from downtown. Would recommend it to someone want some who wants the sounds of nature and tranquility. ##### Crystal H. The cabin was cozy and clean and we spent a lot of time on the back deck listening to the river and the birds. All of the amenities were nice. The only issue was that we had no internet and had to use the wifi from next door, which wasn't the best. Seems this was a temporary problem. Be aware there is no cell service whatsoever (Verizon), surprising for us flatlander city folk.
