If you aren't adventurous, and prefer a more typical single family home or condo, than maybe you're not a candidate for this. We always stayed at Moccasin Creek state park, but the camper rental prices are astronomical and we couldnt justify that! We found this tiny home for a steal and spent multiple days here, close to our family, and close to the lake! Our family actually mentioned moving the trips into this tiny home neighborhood, as it was just the perfect place! The water temperature in the shower was extremely hard to control. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work and there was a problem with the sliding door between the bedroom and stairs. Upon arrival I discovered that there was no bed linens or pillows for the sleeper sofa but the property manager responded quickly to my request and delivered those items within an acceptable timeframe.
