"My family and I loved staying at this house on our vacation in Clarkdale. The house is on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood and was clean, well stocked and a perfect size for a family of 3. It is centrally located for a quick drive to Cottonwood and Jerome. Thanks for the great stay - we would absolutely stay here again!"

"Property was awesome! As expected, clean and convenient location. Old Town Cottonwood is a 5 minute drive. Jerome is 7 miles away, Sedona 25 miles and Prescott 50. Drive is on a partial dirt/rock drive, but So, So worth it. Views are incredible. BIG screen Tvs in each room, gameroom and two large baths. Kitchen with large island is great!"

"This place was even better than expected. Its adorable and spacious. It over looks a wash so it feels a little excluded and the backyard was amazing! Only thing I noticed is that there is not fence in the back yard to keep pets and children out of the alley. Otherwise it was really wonderful!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Historic Clarkdale Lodge. The place is old but quaint & clean. The town was a small, close community like in a Hallmark movie, which I love. We appreciated that it was pet-friendly and even welcomed our puppy with a treat and a small blanket. The only issue we had was not in a bad way; we stayed on the weekend, and they had a bike race event; therefore, it was a problem getting in and out of our parking since the lodge was in the middle of it all. The point is,...

"The lodge was in a great location. Very cute. Great hot shower with plenty of pressure. Bed was a little uncomfortable because it’s so bouncy. The only real complaint was that we had to move the bed to plug in my husband’s sleep machine and it was so dirty. Even had a pill someone had dropped then we moved the dresser and the same thing large dust bunnies. Also it’s a 50 dollar cleaning charge and then it’s an envelope for a tip for housekeeping too. We always leave a place clean and trash taken...

"The property was close to the attractions we were in the area to see. The property was easy to find thanks to owner's directions. Area was quiet and we had no concerns for our safety. Very nice view from the balcony with good seating. We are very satisfied with the property and will stay there again when we return to the area."
