Love all the windows that look over the Verde River, and the sun rise was beautiful. I little off the beaten path, but close enough to down town Cottonwood. We explored the Tuzigoot National Monument, took the short drive in to Clarksdale and up the hill to Jerome. It's a little of a drive to Page Springs Winery, but worth the trip. Views over the Verde Valley are unbeatable - the sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. And if you're into star gazing, this should be high on your list. Jared was responsive and a great host. All communication was answered immediately, and everything he passed on to us was absolutely spot on once we arrived. We experienced no issues with our 4 day stay, other than the big spider that decided to share the house while we were there (well, it is a desert, after all)! He wasn't that hard to evict, and it didn't seem like he was all that interested in being inside with us. Home is comfortable and stocked with everything a group needs to cook and eat; or the location is only 5 minutes away from great restaurants in Cottonwood. The bathrooms are large and have all the amenities, right down to high tech toilets! The two main bedrooms are large and comfortable (we didn't use the "kids" bedroom so no thoughts on that) - we were exhausted from our daily activities, and the beds made it easy to get lots of rest. Overall, a great experience in the Verde Valley area of Arizona. Highly recommend this property for others. Since there were other sites to visit in the area that we didn't get to, we will definitely be reserving the house again in the future. ##### Homer B.
