"This hotel has a fabulous location regarding Lake Winnipesaukee. I stayed there in March of 2025 and 2026 and both times paid a "resort fee" which consisted of nothing. The hotel staff were very nice. My room was clean, but run down. The furniture was scratched, gauged, and set up on blocks of wood. I will say the linens were clean, the amenities were so-so. This hotel is taking advantage of its central location. In March, location doesn't matter. No one is going to enjoy the lake, the beach, the boating, everything New Hampshire has to offer in summer months during the month of March. "

"Very quaint unit. It was very nicely decored and maintained. Annemities were excellent. Great location. Temperatures during our stay were in the single digits, but the apartment stayed nice and warm.My only suggestion would be tv in front sitting area and maybe curtains. Although the wooden blinds were fine.. Communication w host was seamless. We'd definitely stay again."

"Had a great little getaway at the cottage. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen area was well stocked with plenty of dishes, plates, etc. The bathroom was very clean and had the best water pressure in the shower. I plan to go back in the summer."

"Great, dog friendly property! The host was so sweet and had brownies and dog treats waiting, a sign welcoming us, and a dog bowl of water waiting. We loved being able to walk down the street to the rail trail to walk the dogs. They were clear about asking you to cover furniture if your dogs would be on it, which was helpful to know from the start. Our dogs are spoiled and always on the furniture so it was nice that we didn't have to spend out vacation chasing them off the couch! Well stocked kitchen and great, large backyard. "
