We didn't get to explore the are on that evening, but enjoyed hanging out in the cabin looking out at the horses. The cabin was very clean and had all the kitchen utilities you would need to cook a meal. The day after we woke up to a lovely sunny day and walked around the property with our dogs, checked out the river and then checked-out to go hiking which was really close. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and we were surprised at how well stocked the bar was! The Ranch has a homey and cozy feel and the surrounding area is just beautiful. Loved all the white lights on the cabins/saloon. After seeing the inside of one of the cabins, we agreed we'd love to stay there sometime, too. Josh, Susan, and Michelle go the extra yard to make you feel right at home on the ranch. We stayed in the Aspen cabin with our dog and it was very comfy. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and amenities for such a rustic cabin. When we had a minor problem with the stove, it was fixed pronto! They even opened up the saloon for us to watch the Broncos beat the Cowboys in an exciting finish! The area is so beautiful with the fall colors and the nearby stream and the ranch is in the perfect location to enjoy it all!
