I booked this location for my daughter’s 4th birthday. The location is amazing, beautiful town and friendly people. Words cannot describe the sheer disappointment this place is. The state of the home and property is unsafe as there is broken glass, rusty nails, garbage on property, holes in deck, rest of deck is rotting and potentially hazardous, broken fire pit ( that we were told was unusable after contacting property manager) no barbecue or outdoor cooking area, no outdoor seating, open broken live wire electrical outlets, the there was the bug infestation, hornet hives, wasp nests, red ants all over property, clouds of gnats inside and outside lining the walls, the filth inside was on another level, food left inside fridge, dust, dirt and bugs in every corner as well as the beds, carpets were smelly and stained, the water is well water but unfortunately it needs some filtration or something because it has an extremely foul odour. The entire property has broken elements and damage. Absolutely no lake access from property as well which from the pictures posted you would never know. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND renting this place for any reason. I really hope property manager takes this into account and does something about the mess.
