Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property during their stay, including the entire backyard area.
Other things to note
✦ HOUSE RULES ✦
Zero tolerance for parties.
If a party is thrown, the reservation will be canceled, and the guest will be asked to leave without a refund.

All guests must be disclosed.
No parties or events allowed.
No Smoking or illegal substances inside house. Doing so will result in a $500 fee with extra cleaning fees.
Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am
Any damages caused to furniture/linens may be subject to charges for replacements.

PARKING
The 2 parking spots in front of the house can fit smaller SUVs & Caravan but will not fit a large truck. You may find additional parking on the street. Please do not park on the left side of the neighbor’s driveway.

STAIRS
Our place has stairs that could be steep to some, please take this into consideration when booking.

WASHROOM LOCATED ON FIRST FLOOR
Our place has 1 washroom located on the main floor. There are no washrooms upstairs where the 3 bedrooms are.

LATE CHECKINS/CHECKOUTS
Check-in is at 3pm, and check-out is at 11am.

➦ Our cleaning team will arrive at 11am sharp. Please ensure to check out on time. Late check-outs will be charged $100/hour.

➦ We do allow early check-ins & late check-outs for a maximum of 2 hours at $25/hour. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that it cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the departure time of previous guests and the cleaning schedule.

CLEANLINESS
Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

MONTHLY STAY GUESTS
We provide initial consumables. Once supplies are used up, we advise guests to replenish their own supplies.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

NOISE & SMOKE MONITORING MACHINE
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, our property is equipped with a noise and smoking monitoring device. Please note that:

Noise monitoring: This device tracks sound levels to ensure a peaceful environment but does not record audio for privacy.
Smoking detection: The device monitors air quality for smoking or vaping activity, as smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
CAMERA LOCATION
There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and records image & sound 24/7.

It is placed to ensure that our guests feel secure and that the property remains safe. Please note, there are no cameras inside the home to respect your privacy. Your comfort and safety are our top priority. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out!
