Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds  
  
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Calor Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Indoor swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site, 15m x 4.8m, depth 1.2m x 5.5m, ) with shower and changing facilities. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway! Situated on the popular St Osyth’s Beach Holiday Park, just a short stroll from the sandy shoreline, this modern and well equipped two bedroom caravan offers the ideal base for a family holiday or a relaxing break by the sea.  
  
Inside, the caravan features a bright and comfortable open-plan living/kitchen/dining area with a cosy living area, gas fire, and TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of seaside adventures. The well-equipped kitchen includes all the appliances needed for the designated chef. The dining area comfortably seats four, making it easy to enjoy meals together as a family. There are two bedrooms a master double with storage and a twin room with two single beds, along with a family shower room. The holiday park itself offers fantastic facilities, including an indoor heated swimming pool, on-site restaurant and bar, amusement arcade, family entertainment, and access to the beach just a few minutes’ walk away.  
  
Located close to the traditional seaside towns of Clacton and Walton on the Naze guests can explore the pier, amusements, enjoy local attractions, or take a drive along the Essex coast. Nature lovers will enjoy the nearby Colne Point Nature Reserve, and there are plenty of walking and cycling opportunities in the surrounding area.  
  
Just a short drive away is the Colchester town of Colchester where you will find the famous Colchester Castle and musuems. Colchester Park holds regular events in the summer. A trip to Colchester would not be complete without a visit to Colchester Zoo.
