I was so very unhappy!! They did not notify us or post that they were doing construction and remodeling the building. Also the complimentary meal they off for breakfast was horrible and they were out of almost everything as supposedly someone didn’t do the ordering. Wasn’t credited anything for the stay due to all of these things. Very very unsatisfactory

I booker 2 rooms at this hotel because i had my parents with me and they love the Comfort Suites and have been membores for decades. Both rooms had wallpaper falling off the walls, partially painted and in 1 of the rooms there was black mold in the upper corner of the bathroom [6-8"w X 18" L]. At night there were construction noise up until 8pm, with no notice that hotel was under renovations. Staff was amazing, property was the worst I have ever stayed in!

First, the staff were wonderful! They were nice and helpful and helped us with what they could do. The stay was gross. The first room they gave us was terrible, the condition of the non-smoking room had wall paper tears, splatters on the wall, torn carpet base, loose plumbing fixtures, and it smelt like cat pee and cigarette smoke. The 2nd room they gave us had same run down problems, including drywall patches, ripped carpet but thankfully no smell. This property need an upgrade ASAP! This will be my last time staying here.

The worst experience I have ever had the receptionist was rude our room wasn’t ready I was giving a dirty room … the place smelled dirty the hole place is trash I didn’t even stayed at this place I didn’t feel safe for my self and kids I would never stay at this location.. and on top of that I was charged a room I didn’t use ..
