The apartment can host up to 8 people. The apartment is composed of an entrance with a kitchen fully equipped with all comforts (refrigerator, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishes). A living room with a two people sofa-bed, a 6-8 people table, a flat-screen TV. Two double-rooms with kingsize bed and one double room with bunk beds. Two bathrooms with shower and hair dryers. The rooms are modern-style furnished with plenty of attention to details, comfortable, spacious, full of sunlight. A stunning view of the seaside will leave you breathless and make your stay unique and unforgettable. The apartment is located within a pedestrian area in the city center, just over the historical port, only 500 meters away from the train station and few meters away from the bus station. The distance from Rome Fiumicino airport is only 51 km. The apartment is located in a very convenient area nearby the most popular attractions, such as the historical city center, San Lorenzo market, Traiano theater, the Promenade, and a short walk away from the Michelangelo fort, Porta Livorno, the majestic Vanvitelli fountain, the Cathedral. Emy was a great host and everything in the apartment was as described. Easy check in. It is within walking distance of everything we needed, grocery, cafe, restaurants. A favorite memory was walking to and attending mass at Cathedral of St. Francis of Assisi in Civitavecchia. Thanks for a great stay! ##### Cody W. Communication with the host was easy. We were able to drop our bags off earlier than check in, and walk around for a bit. The place downstairs has delicious food ##### CQ H. What a great location! There were restaurants everywhere! Buses, trains, shops and taxis easy to get to. The apartment was so pretty and clean! Our family loved he bunk beds and the tea! We disembarked the Royal Carribean Odyssey and took the free cruise shuttle to town and walked to this perfectly located apartment. We were a group of 6, which included my elderly mother and pregnant daughter, and we each had a large and a carry-on suitcase, and this was a very easy walk. Communication was remarkable- I requested the stay the night before we arrived and was even allowed to drop our luggage off at 11, and check in at 1300, although check in is normally later. The apartment was super clean and offered picturesque views of the sea. There is a loud restaurant below, but we were so tired the noise wasn’t bothersome for us. I definitely recommend starting or ending your cruise here. The town has so many things to do, it is quite beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ##### Day M.
