The living area was a good size for playing games and watching tv. Both baths and the kitchen fit our needs.Our host was outstanding. He assisted us with every request we had promptly and was very accommodating. He even helped us arrange taxi service in advance from the Rome airport and made a point to meet us personally when he was in the area. He is a wealth of knowledge about the area and Rome.
