Between sun and moon, we are in a classic seaside town in the Marche region where two distinct souls merge: on one side the seaside one with its promenade, palm trees, chalets, entertainment and on the other the historical one; quieter and more reserved away from prying eyes nestled on the hill full of ancient villages, hidden alleys and breathtaking panoramic views.  
  
Location: noble apartment in an exclusive position, located on the Civitanova seafront, where you can easily walk to all the main services such as bars, supermarkets and chalets.  
  
Description: Brand new noble apartment with a wonderful terrace, built with Teak wood, where we can admire in addition to the wonderful promenade also the \\'\\'Civitanova Lighthouse\\'\\', one of the most iconic architectural works of the Marche municipality. The terrace is complete with jacuzzi where you can spend unique moments in total relaxation. At the entrance there is a large living room completely renovated, finely furnished with a glass table where you can eat, sofa and TV. New open space kitchen with induction hob, oven and dishwasher. After the kitchen we enter the sleeping area where we find the first master bedroom with a double bed. Continuing we have a modern bathroom with an elegant design, suspended sanitary ware and glass shower box. Then we find the second bedroom complete with two single beds and the third bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom complete with glass shower box, suspended sanitary ware and private access to the terrace. Air conditioning in all rooms of the house. Washing machine. Pets not allowed.  
  
Self check-in - via box with keys for which a code will be provided on the day of arrival.  
  
Advance payment by bank transfer within 7 days before arrival or by credit card on the day of arrival.
