"This hotel was so unique. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking somewhere to stay other than a chain hotel. The restaurant downstairs was amazing as was the service. There’s even a speakeasy if you want to drink. Since there is no staff at night or a little sundry, I would recommend bringing some bottled water and maybe a snack for your room. It was also very quiet which I love! Would highly recommend this hotel. The only problem we had was it took 10 minutes for the water to warm up...

"Hotel Margot was not my first choice. I had reservations elsewhere but had to change due to hurricane damage. Expedia was excellent in notifying me of the issue and helping me to find an alternate location on short notice. Hotel Margot reminds me of a well-kept 60's era beach motel. It is relatively well kept and clean. My check-in was delayed as the room was not ready by check-in time. The receptionist was very accommodating and apologetic. I have only 2 real complaints with the room - the shower was dark as there were no lights in the shower itself and the lights in the bathroom did a mediocre job of lighting it. My other complaint is one that seems to be becoming more common - the TV only really offered streaming services. Just trying to watch some local (or network) news was problematic and not worth the effort. Unfortunately, this is becoming all too common these days."

"The location of Tania's property was perfect for our needs. There is free street parking. The property is walking distance to downtown and an easy drive to the beach. We had food or drinks at Dharma Blue, Lucy's, Hub Stacy, and Juan's Flying Burrito which are all about one block away. The property is clean and full of character, which includes the host living in the attached unit. We were able to hear conversations and the clinking of dishes through the doors that connected the two units. This wasn't a problem for us, as we were off property most of the day and evenings. The host provided a coffee maker and mini fridge for guest use. We really enjoyed our stay!"
