Musée Civil War Gateway, Knoxville : hôtels à proximité

« Im not sure what you are paying for . . . You are on the same street as other 3-4 star hotels. There was nothing that stood out about this hotel. The staff was okay. The room was unique. One irritating thing, there were no clear signs for pricing on the fridge or near the snacks. And I assumed for $500+ a night in knoxville, a bag of chips and a coke would be complimentary. I thought that was part of what you were paying for. Again. Nice hotel. Staff fine. Bed was weird though. And ill also...

« I have stayed at this property several times and every single time that I come back I am welcomed with the exact same uniform welcome from the time before this is a fantastic place. Highly recommended. The staff is very detailed oriented in the hotel is beyond comfortable. »

« The village is beautiful and the staff very helpful. Wonderful place to spend a few days and unwind. Room was immaculate and very charming. Landscaping was so beautiful and attention to detail was noticeable. The food at dinner was very inadequate and substandard. It was served and done in 35 minutes. We were not offered any drinks or even shown a drinks menu. »

« The evening staff was amazing! One evening we came back to the hotel late and the lady that was working that evening heated us up cookies to take back to our room! She was so sweet as well! The room was very clean! I’m the crazy mom who checks for cleanliness and bugs and it passed my search! The breakfast was super yummy as well. They had so many options to pick from »

« Absolutely wonderful! Very nice and new, super clean, and amazing staff! The breakfast buffet was such a nice surprise too, much better than any we have had at any other hotel in the past! We highly recommend this hotel and will def be back when we return to the area. 10/10! »
