Villa Collio stands atop the hills of Cividale del Friuli, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the Collio Friulano. A private residence where you can live every moment in harmony with the forest and nature, while being pampered with the comforts of a modern lifestyle. Immersed in the peace of a small private forest, Villa Collio is a holiday home with a small private spa in the Colli Orientali del Friuli between Prepotto and Spessa, between the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Cividale del Friuli and Aquileia.

Even outside the Villa, the rooms are designed for a totally relaxing holiday. A large patio houses an outdoor living area complete with sofas, brazier, grill and whirlpool bath. The patio provides access to both the Turkish bath and the Finnish sauna with panoramic views.

The Villa is entirely surrounded by a small forest, ideal for peaceful walks. The aromatic vegetable garden and fruit from our trees are available to guests.

The two-floor villa is entirely at the guests' disposal. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a large open-plan kitchen and dining room with every comfort, overlooking the Jacuzzi and outdoor patio on one side, and a panoramic terrace on the other. Also on the ground floor, there is a relaxation room that can also be used for private yoga or art lessons, etc., and can be transformed into a third double bedroom if required. Finally, on this floor guests will find a spacious bathroom.

On the first floor, there is a second bathroom, with a toilet, sink and laundry area, the second double bedroom, a bright common living room with a record player and TV, a yoga room and a fitness room.

The owners offer all guests a welcome drink and provide everything they need for breakfast, including fresh bread delivered every afternoon.

Villa Collio is part of a special project in that every detail is taken care of with love and dedication by the staff, who, flanked by people with disabilities, take care of all aspects of the facility: from caring for the forest and the garden, to creating homemade products such as bread, cakes, biscuits, jams and a selection of hot dishes that guests can book.

The staff quarters, together with the kitchen workshop, are located in the basement of the villa, in rooms that are well separated from those lived in by the villa guests.

On request, it is possible to take a tour of the farm to learn about its activities.
