El personal no es amable. Ma dieron un cuarto que hace ruido todo el día y noche. Tiembla todo el cuarto. No me informaron de ese inconveniente. El cuarto no lo limpian bien. No me quisieron cambiar de habitación, no me ofrecieron ninguna disculpa por las condiciones del cuarto. Definitivamente muy mal servicio en general y las condiciones del lugar.

Lamentamos el inconveniente, se le realizo el cambio de habitación de la 402 se le cambio a la habitación 424 y le ofrecimos una disculpa por el inconveniente. Le dimos solución a su problema.

Este hotel es viejo y no hay microhonda y tampoco puedes dormir bien por que hay mucho ruidos de los aires y habitaciones de al lado y el agua caliente se va y viene mas fria y desps regresa mas caliente y el personar son bien despotas y no hay aceo en el baño. Y el restaurante todos son bien cortantes.

The property is close to the US Consulate and the taxi service to and from the Consulate was convenient. Also, the hotel staff were generally helpful and friendly. The breakfast from Monday through Saturday was ok, but there is no breakfast availabile on Sundays. - There was used toilet paper in the waste basket in the bathroom when my fiance checked in. He stayed in the hotel for 12 days and the trash can was never emptied. The window in the room would not close completely, therefore the heater never was able to adequately heat the room.

Would only recommend to stay there 2 nights max, I ended up staying 5 nights since I was already there and didn’t want to move all my stuff around; the staff is super friendly and very helpful, the front desk people told me that Expedia charged me a ton of money extra and would recommend to call the hotel directly first before booking through Expedia the ladies that serve the complementary breakfast are so nice. The property itself is very safe and is a 7 mins walk to the consulate (taxis are free to take you there but they take longer since there’s a lot of traffic in the area I would recommend to walk) even though the hotel is a no smoking hotel people do smoke and the smell is very bad additionally the rooms aren’t very clean and they AC units are very lounge you can sleep at night because they’re so loud, the second and third night for some weird reason there was some sort of alarm going off in some nearby build that would go off around 11am and would not stop through the night and could not sleep, the fourth and fifth night the power kept going off in the building. Overall the stay was decent but would definitely recommend to either stay there 2 nights max or go stay somewhere else.
