We offer a comfortable and pleasant family apartment, fully furnished and in the best area of ​​Puerto Ordaz, Bolivar Satate, Venezuela, whether for vacation or work reasons you will feel very comfortable as if you were at home. Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this central accommodation.  
Located in Alta Vista, in the central and pleasant area of ​​the city. Only 5 km from the Manuel C. Piar Airport in Puerto Ordaz and 3 km from the bus terminal. Nearby is the Orinokia Mall, Ciudad Alta Vista and La Navidad Park. In addition to supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and other shops that you can walk to. In its surroundings people walk or jog at dusk.  
Comfortable and spacious apartment of 65 m2, ideal for families of 3 or up to 4 members (2 adults and 2 children) to enjoy and make your trips more pleasant.  
  
The apartment has a large air-conditioned bedroom, a queen-size bed and another double single bed (with a drawer for an additional mattress), as well as a closet and a 32" TV with Blu-ray and Netflix, a bathroom equipped with a shower and hot water. The living room has air conditioning, two sofas (3 and 2 seats), a mini-bar with drinks and snacks (pay-per-use) and a nice fish aquarium that will allow you to feed them and relax, a 32" TV with Roku, Netflix and Spotify, this room is decorated with art of landscapes from the region. All integrated into a kitchen with a dining room (breakfast area) equipped with a refrigerator (with freezer), a four-burner gas stove, an electric oven, as well as having cutlery, dishes, kitchen utensils, a blender, a steamer and a small toaster oven.  
The apartment has a large balcony with a view of the city, which allows you to enjoy its surroundings. It also has an area with an automatic washing machine and a 550-liter tank that guarantees the supply throughout your stay.  
  
We invite you to enjoy Puerto Ordaz, its Orinoco and Caroni rivers, its Llovizna and Cachamay parks, its attractions in the city such as La Navidad Park, the Macagua dam and its shopping centers, among others. In addition, you can enjoy restaurants in the area with spectacular national and international food, and enjoy the typical "Cachapa with cheese, grilled meat or pork", and if you have a restricted gluten-free diet we can offer you gluten-free breads or desserts (at an additional cost).
