Bien: parking gratuit; vaste chambre (Chambre Premium); vaste lit confortable; petit-déjeuner varié; vaste piscine avec zone pour enfant. Mal: trajet compliqué pour atteindre l'hôtel; alors que l'heure de check-in était 14:00, la chambre n'a été disponible qu'à 15:30 sans aucune excuse de la part du personnel de réception; absence d'une lampe de chevet à l'un des côtés du lit; éclairage de la chambre insuffisant; serviettes de toilette en nombre insuffisant et très usagées; absence de gel douche; non remplacement des flacons de shampooing et des savonettes; fuite d'eau au niveau du bas du w-c; présence d'asticots dans le bac de douche; café du petit-déjeuner mauvais.

Couple of minor inconveniences (best parking area was temporarily closed due to tree trimming and key card stopped working at one point), but overall very impressed with the accommodations.

Great place!
It was a pleasant surprise!. Great facility and staff. The gym needs an upgrade and better control because kids can access it easily without parents' supervision making their safety to other guess responsibility.

Hotel was renewed and very clean, the only remak would be the access, as the road is extremely bad to get there. Staff was nice in general, room very clean.

It would be hard to find a better value for the money than this property. Great staff. Very clean. Spacious. The location is off the main road which makes it very quiet when compared with most of our experiences in Paraguay. Comparing this with other worldwide properties in which we’ve stayed, this would rate a solid 4 star.

One night stay on the way back to Asunción.
Really nice hotel, the room is very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was really good they had a nice variety. The bed was a bit firm for my teast but other than that excellent hotel to stay in.

GREAT VALUE! Everything from check-in thru check-out was smooth and pleasing. Staff was very accommodating. The room (king size bed) is very spacious and well lit. Electric appliances, shower jets (flexible hose, massage jets, etc.) all worked properly and to our satisfaction. Special note deserves the restaurant: we had pasta and stuffed beef—both superbly done, well presented, and timely prepared. Price of dinner was reasonable too. Buffet breakfast was very abundant and varied. Espresso coffee is charged separately but available and quite good. This has become my #1 option when I need to spend the night in CDE.

Good overall
This was a convenient hotel for our family trip to the Iguazu falls. Less than 1 hour from the National Park. Staff speaks English, the breakfast buffet is really good. They have a huge pool which I can imagine is awesome in summer. The building overall is starting to show signs of aging but overall the omnipresent stench of mold is less intense in this hotel than in many others we stayed in.

Very nice hotel not too far from downtown.
The hotel met my expectations in its majority. The breakfast buffet was adequate with plenty of different choices. Was not too pleased with the dinner menu though. The Bife de Chorizo was hard and very bland. The Penne Pasta Puttanesca was extremely acidy, and had a strong alcohol/wine taste.. The room was very nice and spacious. The carpet could use a little spot cleaning, as I noticed a couple of stains. The pool was spectacular.

Wonderful hotel but not in a nice area.
Although the hotel staff tried to be helpful it was extraordinary the the first response when asking about what to do in the area was....'noting much'. No brochures at all!! It was dangerous to leave the hotel after dal so not really a place for a family holiday. There is actually enough to do in the area for about 2 - 3 days if you do your own research..

Hotel muito agradável . Limpeza, conforto e um café da manhã maravilhoso. O hotel é enorme e tem quartos recém reformados , muito confortáveis. Há alguns pontos a serem melhorados, como a sala de jogos, que precisa de uma revitalização completa, mas isso não afetou em nada a estadia. Restaurante e bar da piscina excelentes e custo benefício muito bom. Queremos voltar!

Estacionamento externo, mas bem amplo. Café da manhã razoável. Localização excelente para quem vai viajar para o interior do Paraguai, um pouco longe para as compras no centro comercial de Ciudad del Este. IMPORTANTE salientar que o hotel realiza eventos com duração que ultrapassam às 22 horas, gerando barulhos. Para quem gosta de silêncio absoluto para dormir, não recomendo o hotel, caso sua estada coincida com dia de evento, será um problema para dormir.

Achei ótima! Pedimos room service e comida muito boa. As instalações são boas também, piscina excelente. Senti falta de tomadas 110 e de uma iluminação melhor no quarto. Mas de toda forma, gostei.
