Villa Veneranda is an ancient 19th century farm house immersed in the beauty of Umbrian countryside, and an ideal starting point for exploring the architectural and artistic beauties of the Upper Tiber Valley. At your disposal, in the huge green park surrounding the building, you will also find a bocce ball court, a volleyball court and five-a-side football pitch. As guests of Villa Veneranda, in autumn time you will have the opportunity to participate in the grape, chestnut and olive harvest, or explore the surrounding woods in search of mushrooms and truffles. Mountain biking and horseback riding are available upon request and for a fee. On site you will also find an educational farm that offers (upon request and for a fee) educational experiences for adults and children, allowing you to get to know agricultural life up close. Swimming Pool You will reach the swimming pool from the patio going down approximately 27 stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.10 meter (3.6 feet) to 1.70 meters (5.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. It is filled with sea water. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from mid-April until mid-October. Terrace The terrace is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is equipped with small sofas and armchairs, as well as with a gazebo. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the Umbrian hills and of the swimming pool. Patio The patio is 120 square meters (1290 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with two wood benches and with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery. Garden The garden is 8000 square meters (86000 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs.
